Suffering from severe acne?
Here’s a complete guide to avoid and prevent acne.
So that you do not suffer from a sexually transmitted disease, what is the first thing you have to do?
Avoid them, right?
The same technique is for acne, to prevent them, first of all, you have to think about avoiding them.
Acne is a well-known condition of the skin characterized by the presence of what is commonly known as pimples. It can appear in any part of the body and at any age. However, it usually occurs in the face and the back area.
When you enter into puberty, you may get acne and that can’t be controlled at that time; but you can, however, take certain measures to avoid and prevent pimples (acne).
Best way to avoid acne is to maintain good hygiene.
Wash Your Face at Certain Intervals
This is the one way to maintain good skin hygiene; wash your face at least twice, or thrice a day. Once when you wake up in the morning and once at the night before going to the bed and (or) once some time in between.
But avoid washing your face very frequently because that may be as bad as not washing your face at all. Too frequent cleaning can cause irritation to your face.
Washing your face properly with care removes impurities, dead skins, and oiliness from the surface of the skin.
Believe me, if possible, try to wash your face with little warm (not too hot because it can cause damage to your facial skins) water because the heat from the warm water opens the pores of the skin and skin gets super cleaned.
It is not really advisable to use a hard-textured soap for washing your face because these make your face too dry and that can cause irritation. You should also avoid rubbing your face with a cloth or a sponge.
I recommend you to wash it gently with your hands itself and dry it with a soft towel.
Be very careful while choosing facial cleansers and be sure that the product you’re using is suitable for your skin type – Oily or Dry.
Don’t scrub too hard while washing your face and try to keep a separate towel for wiping your face and avoid using bath towel drying your face.
Keep Your Face Moisturized after Washing
After each wash, try to moisturize your face always; it is as important as cleaning it.
When you wash your face, it removes all the oils and moisture from your face which makes your face too dry that it can even cause irritation.
Do not use products which make your face completely dry.
If you have a oily skin then gel based moisturizer is good for you and if you have a dry skin then you must use a cream based moisturizer.
Remove the Make-up Before Sleep
This tip is only for those people who use makeup, it is recommended to remove even the slightest trace of it from the face before going to sleep.
If the makeup stays remained on the face can clog the pores of the skin, which can lead to acne.
Not only the makeup but you should remove all cosmetics that are applied to the face, even the sunscreen and fairness creams.
If you have got acne then it is not advisable to use bases, powders or blush.
Never Touch Your Face with Dirty Hands
Wherever possible, try not to touch your face too often with your dirty hands. Dirty hands can transmit a huge amount of bacteria because your bare hands get exposed to many things in day-to-day life which gets infected by the bacteria.
Dirty hands do not only spread bacteria to your face but can cause some skin irritation too.
Your face is your main identity; people with beautiful facial skin get more attention than people with lots of acne on their face.
You should definitely follow these above tips in order to prevent acne and get rid of acne.
